Veg Crispy Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as capsicum, carrot, onion, and cauliflower), thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Water, as needed
