Mutton Kheema with Bread and Sunny Side-Up Egg
Ingredients:
- 500g mutton kheema (minced mutton)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped, for garnish
- Bread slices, toasted, for serving
- Eggs, for frying
Instructions:

Cook the Kheema:
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté for another minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.

Add Spices:
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the minced mutton (kheema) and mix everything together. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the kheema is cooked through.

Prepare the Eggs:
- In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny side-up.

Serve:
- To serve, place a spoonful of mutton kheema on a plate.
- Top with a fried egg.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with toasted bread slices.
