Indian Chicken Popcorn 65 Recipe
Description: Crunchy bite-sized chicken pieces marinated in a flavorful blend of spices and deep-fried to perfection, inspired by the famous Chicken 65.
Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Curry leaves and green chilies for garnish
Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, combine ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, corn flour, rice flour, yogurt, and salt.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Allow it to marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken pieces in batches, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Fry until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
