Cauliflower Crispy 65 Recipe
Description: A delicious and crispy cauliflower dish inspired by Chicken 65, coated in chickpea flour and garnished with fried curry leaves and green chilies.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup chickpea flour (besan)
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Water, as needed
- Oil for frying
- Fresh curry leaves and green chilies, for garnish
Instructions:

Prepare the Cauliflower:
- Blanch the cauliflower florets in hot water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Make the Batter:
- In a bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Add water gradually to make a thick batter, ensuring there are no lumps.

Coat the Cauliflower:
- Dip each blanched cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is well-coated.

- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the coated cauliflower florets in batches until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
